What is HyperDev?

HyperDev is our methodology for AI-augmented software development. We're not trying to replace developers with AI. We're using it to make experienced developers a lot more effective.

Traditional development workflows were designed before AI existed, so they assume human speed limits: weeks for onboarding, months for features, quarterly releases. HyperDev sets those assumptions aside and rebuilds the process around what's possible when AI handles the repetitive work and developers focus on architecture, business logic, and quality.

That approach is how we built JustPropertySearch, a platform processing 100K+ properties monthly across 50 states, in a fraction of the time a traditional team would need. It's also how a small team built nexTalker, an AI voice platform with 95%+ customer satisfaction, using the same principles.

Plan in Days, Not Months

Traditional software projects spend weeks in planning and scoping. With AI-augmented workflows, a feature can be scoped, built, and tested in a single working session. We plan in sprints measured in hours.
